Howdy! I'm Lucy Grecu

I’m a nerd (duh).

I’m a twentysomethin’ Christian, writer, artist, player of Dungeons & Dragons, and collector of shiny objects.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where the traffic is terrible and the street-construction never ends.

Then came high school, and I started to get this feeling–like I was supposed to be doing something with my writing. Something in the real world, outside of my Hobbit-hole of a bedroom. I felt called.

Start of 2024, I was accepted into a writing apprenticeship called The Company, which is in Cambridge, Ohio. I moved there in August—I packed up my little Subaru hatchback with a bunch of stuffed-full IKEA bags and drove across the country with my mom.

I’m currently in my second year of the program, growing my faith, writing skills, and business prowess.

Every day, God reminds me that there are strange, curious, wonderful things everywhere.

We should take joy in those things…no?
