Reels. Shorts. Endless avenues of short-form content.

Apparently the average American spends 2 hours and 6 minutes per day on social media…

Crazy, right? Instead of looking up and out at the world, we look down at a screen. 

But it doesn’t need to be like that.

Aren’t you tired of sedating yourself via social media and then acting surprised as to why you don’t feel more alive? I sure am. 

There are so many things I used to ignore because I was too busy scrolling. I was so caught up in “distracting” myself from monotonous ordinary life, that I started to miss life altogether. 

You don’t need to miss things like I did. You don’t need to walk like a zombie through each day. You deserve better!

So let’s take a good look around and find the little things that make the world interesting.

Let’s find wonder in the mundane.
